Terms and conditions.

Abbey Executive Cars (referred as the Company) undertakes to hire vehicle(s) with chauffeur(s) to the customer for the period of the hire under the following terms and conditions.

Every effort will be made by the chauffeurs(s) to ensure that their vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time too. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays that occur beyond their control.

The Company will not be responsible for any late arrival to your destination and we are not responsible If you missed your meeting, appointment, flight or cruise because of traffic or any road conditions out of their Drivers control, however, every possible effort will be made to avoid such a situation.

Although vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims under British Law, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our vehicles. 

Your driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they may cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order reinstating a vehicle to working order, the full cost of any repairs and loss of any work whilst a vehicle is under repair shall be passed on to them, ie vomiting surcharge £100.

The company and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

The Company operates a strict non-smoking policy in our vehicles, which became English Law on 1st July 2007, your chauffeur will happily stop for breaks during your journey should you require.

Food and drink may be consumed within our vehicles at the chauffeur's discretion only. Any unacceptable soiling or damage to the vehicle will be charged to your final bill.

If for any reason the vehicle you booked is unavailable at the time of your journey we reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle.

It is the adults entire responsibility to make sure all children in his or her care are properly secured in our vehicles.

All specialist events like sporting events will be reserved by the hour. The Company does not provide a pick up and drop off service only.

There will be no charge for cancellations over 24 hours. However if a specific vehicle has been requested and a deposit paid to secure their request, or additional items or services have been purchased on behalf of our clients then we reserve the right to retain the deposit in full and charge in full for the services and or items purchased.

Gratuities are at the client's discretion and can be added to your final bill if requested.
